I have worked closely with Don for the past 13 years and am thrilled to see him create The Agency CFO program. We will be using the program ourselves—giving us the best of both worlds as we will continue to benefit from Don’s guidance and oversight and at the same time free up resources to reinvest in the business. Don’s strength has been the combination of his financial expertise and his knowledge of the business overall—bringing a perspective that goes well beyond numbers as he has been involved in all aspects of the business including IT, sales and as a member of our leadership team.
