I own a cleaning service and Roe has been a tremendous help. As the owner I have many responsibilities and became in need of someone to see the picture from the outside looking in. She has been a tremendous asset in our new hiring process, getting our office in order and helping me to stay focused and deal with issues I tend to set aside.
